The course enables the students to actively adjust to the rapidly-changing global age by developing their ability in practical Japanese. This will equip them with extensive knowledge of Japanese literature and culture, leading them to take an active part in the field related to Japan, with a cosmopolitan outlook. Rather than giving undue stress on conventional language teaching, the course focuses on teaching practical knowledge readily applicable in real life and hands-on work.
